Challenging the Man in the Mirror
Yosa Buson twice in his life challenged himself to write ten haiku per day for one hundred days. (Apparently, he did not complete it either time though he died before completing the second.)
So, here I am. Starting a challenge that scares the hell out of me. Today, October First, I will begin writing 10 haiku every day for 100 days. Maybe I should say 10 short poems per day since I am not a 5–7–5 kind of guy.
