I think that we all want to be that person.

It reminds me of the Rudyard Kipling poem about ‘keeping your head when those about you are losing theirs’. (One of my favorites)

We might best start with taking a few deep breaths, realizing that now is not forever, and a cut is not an amputation.

It is easy if you find a quiet space, to meditate. But, in a turbulent situation (actual or assumed), it is hard not to panic.

Humans are resilient and adaptable. We would not be here otherwise.
